This Privacy Policy applies to the SchoolEdge AI platform and the SchoolEdge AI mobile application operated by Shree Ramtechedge Pvt Ltd.

- • School and academic data such as school name, class, section, board, academic year, assignments, notes, reports, and learning progress.
- • Audio data submitted by users when speaking, reading, or assessment features are used in the mobile app.
- • Session and device data such as app activity, session identifiers, platform details, browser or device type, and diagnostic logs.
- • Support and communication data shared when schools, students, parents, or staff contact us for assistance.
2. Why we collect data
- • To authenticate users and provide student, teacher, school-admin, and platform services.
- • To deliver learning features including notes, classroom content, reports, speaking practice, and AI-assisted assessments.
- • To maintain account security, monitor sessions, and prevent misuse or unauthorized access.
- • To support schools, troubleshoot issues, and respond to service requests.
- • To improve platform quality, reliability, analytics, and feature performance.
3. Storage and security
Data is stored using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. We use access controls and protect data in transit, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
4. Sharing of data
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with affiliated schools, authorized administrators, service providers that help us operate SchoolEdge AI, or when disclosure is required by law or to protect our rights and users.
5. AI processing
AI and evaluation features process the content you submit, including text, uploaded files, and audio recordings, to generate educational outputs and speaking assessment results.
6. Retention
We retain data for as long as it is needed to provide the service to the institution, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and maintain appropriate academic or operational records.
7. Your rights
- • Access and correction requests for stored account information.
- • Data deletion or account-related requests, subject to school administration, legal, and operational requirements.
